Original antique Baroque chest of drawers or commode from the 1780s with a curved front. Features stunningly worked original brass handles, key plates and wonderful ornamentations. The body is build out of massive oakwood veneered with luxurious walnut and different fruitwood inlay works. The surface is finished with hand polished shellac lacquer and the top offers a wonderfully grained marble plate. Great antique masterpiece in a perfect restored condition.

Packaging and insurance

We sell high-quality and valuable furniture. Accordingly, we attach great importance to ensuring that the furniture reaches you undamaged. We wrap the furniture to protect the paint and the surface, enclose it with a thick bubble wrap and – for ultimate protection when delivered by courier – build an individual wooden box around the furniture, which absorbs even the strongest blows. In addition, our furniture is automatically insured worldwide.
