A small Art Deco console cabinet from the 1940s, which was made in Italy. This piece shines with a simple design and wonderful play of colors of the wood.

It is made of black lacquered wood, beech and burl wood. The doors and feet are lacquered black, with gold borders and hinges. In the middle of the doors there is a mirror, which decorates the simple design. The burl wood, which makes up the body, shines in a beautiful brown color with a great wood pattern.

The vintage piece has been completely restored and refurbished and therefore shows no damage, but may have slight signs of wear.

An exemplary masterpiece from Art Deco, which set itself apart from the previous styles, especially Art Nouveau. Objects of this style were characterized above all by the design elements and an abstract decor, which came with the use of high-quality or new and therefore exotic materials.

Packaging and insurance

We sell high-quality and valuable furniture. Accordingly, we attach great importance to ensuring that the furniture reaches you undamaged. We wrap the furniture to protect the paint and the surface, enclose it with a thick bubble wrap and – for ultimate protection when delivered by courier – build an individual wooden box around the furniture, which absorbs even the strongest blows. In addition, our furniture is automatically insured worldwide.
